Dozier's BBQ is a historic barbeque joint, legendary smokehouse, full-service meat market and wild game processor, all rolled into one. They were established in 1957 just outside Houston, in Fulshear, TX and have been there ever since. Dozier's BBQ's history traces back to the one and only Ed Dozier, the original owner who won first place in the inaugural Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Barbecue Cook-Off in 1957. His award-winning recipes still form the backbone of our menu today. Over 60 years later, they’re still seamlessly blending contemporary style with our cherished old-school BBQ traditions, including our beloved housemade sausages.
